 Online ConnectLax Recruiting Profile is provided to all HS level players!

• • This includes unlimited Free Highlight Film Creation

• Initial, Individual 1 on 1 Recruiting Meeting with Recruiting Director Kevin Frank and Program Director Adam Rand. (All individual Recruiting Meetings will be held via Zoom or in the office) – (additional recruiting program available to purchase)
• Program Recruiting Seminar for all HS Level Athletes

New Program Advancement Highlights included in our 2021-2022 CT-Sharks LC Membership!

We have channeled our focus and mission moving forward to providing a program and overall platform that will serve as a positive outlet for our athletes to combat the recent impact that the national quarantine and the COVID-19 pandemic has presented all young athletes. Our model is driven by keeping our athletes engaged at an even higher level than before through our 2020-21 Program Structure.

When hit with an unforeseen obstacle in the future we are committed to taking what we have learned over the past 4 months and leveraging new tools & training techniques to increase team engagement virtually, adapt to these virtual tools together, and keep the sticks in our kids hands!

• A complete Virtual Coaching Platform for our members
• All members will have exclusive Full Access to the CT-Sharks LC Training APP throughout the year.

Connect:

• Allowing us to share content with our athletes by expanding the learning environment to at-home training.

Train:

• We will be able to deliver skill development, structured at home strength training programs, custom licensed virtual training clinics from the most recognized names in professional lacrosse directly to our players through the app.

Track, Measure, and Compete:

• With the new CT-Sharks LC APP we will be able to customize workouts, track results, & record to live leaderboards creating an atmosphere of accountability, engagement, and competition throughout the year. 
• Coaches will be able to leverage the virtual meeting area with our athletes and share practice drills, playbooks, and material to our athletes strengthening the cohesiveness of our teams.
